After School an Educational Organisation, started Nursery Teacher’s Training Course with the help and cooperation of educational experts (All India Early Childhood Education) with a view to train unemployed educated girls, particularly the girls seeking career opportunities in the schools. AIECCE takes guidance from NCERT, New Delhi & Social Welfare Board (Govt. Of India). Nursery Teacher Training is affiliated to All India Early Childhood Care and Education, New Delhi. In turn, A.I.E.C.C.E is registered with Govt. of N.C.T New Delhi under Registration No.-S- 43128. Therefore, it is in line with research work at N.C.E.R.T.

The training is in line with modern Montessori teaching methodology . The students are made to learn practical aspects of teaching using Montessori teaching equipment and aids. As the course is more focused on practical and live training in international schools , students hence get good practical knowledge and exposure to real life teaching experience in schools. This helps the students to get easily placed and employable.
